Week was hard. Wanted to snack each night. Had steam shrimp Saturday night and Sunday gained 1.2 pounds. Fingers crossed this week will be better 😄
174.8 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
