Happy with the weight fluctuation sometimes the first day or two it goes up before it goes down. Body fat percentage down to 33%. Which is an improvement. Haven't felt too hungry and my milk supply for the baby is staying rich and ample.baltogether very happy to be back on track with fitness.
171.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
