It's been a very very busy but satisfying week. I spent some time catching up with old friends. Nice to socialise with special people. On Tuesday I had fun playing Dress-Ups! I tried everything on in a spare wardrobe I have and much to my surprise everything fits!! Even my Leather Bike Vest, which I haven't been able to wear for a very long time. Nine Kilos has mad a HUGE difference. I suppose the surprising part is that I am 1/3 the way into my journey and I still have 20 Kilos remaining. I can't help but wonder "If I feel this damn good now....How will I feel when I have shed the remaining twenty kilos?" I'm focussed, fearless, positive and pumped!!! Keeping that positive mindset is the key to success.
