I am so excited to have finally reached my goal of getting in the 130's. I just wish it was under healthier circumstances. I think today is going to be better. I'm going to have some smoothies to help get cals and hope this virus has hit the road! I tried to workout yesterday and could barely do anything. So I knew it wasn't time to start yet. Must rest and completely recoup.
