So.. I knew my weight went up a little over the holidays, but almost four pounds? Jesus. Luckily I'm aware of it now, so I can start adjusting my diet (since I went to the grocery store last night - finally) and exercising more to compensate.
I set a goal for myself of losing ten pounds this month, so let's see how close I get.

228.8 lb
Lost so far: 1.2 lb.
Still to go: 89.8 lb.
Diet followed poorly.

That happened to me, too - I was down to 200 (probably a lot of water weight lost), and then the holidays hit and I'm up to 207. Ridiculous. That settled and now I'm at 203 and can't seem to get past that. Geez.

I hear you. Bleh. Don't know where this random four pounds came from, since I lost a few after Christmas.. huh.

Weight fluctuates. The time of the month or the kind of food you're eating... it all factors in, so you really can't take too much too seriously.
