Well I never!!! Looks like the fasting-thing is paying off already! And it's only been 5 days!!! Whoohoo!!
174.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1739 kcal Fat: 130.55g | Prot: 67.42g | Carb: 85.86g.   Breakfast: Clover Butro, Scrambled Egg, Nescafe Classic, Pineapple. Lunch: Cream Cheese, Onions, Clover Cream, Cooked Green Cabbage (Fat Added in Cooking). Dinner: Sugar, Butter, Onions, Minced Beef, Gem Squash. Snacks/Other: Cocoa Powder, Egg (Whole), Honey, Nature's Choice Almond Flour. more...
