On Sunday I went to a Race Day so it was time to Frock up. The day prior I had to make a two inch adjustment on my dress so that it would fit nicely. I felt very glamorous wearing that dress. Steve told me that I was gorgeous & hot. I am very proud that I have lost 7 kilos so far. That is 15.4 pounds. Five weeks until my holiday to Hamilton Island and my clothes are starting to get looser. I am a comfortable size 16 now.
