well, I have been slacking off on food recording, and eating stuff I shouldn't, and not running since Madison. But wieghed in this morning anyway, expecting to see an increase, and low and behold, for the first time, it's a smidge below 220. So, 20 pounds officially off. :) Went to lunch with dad and wasn't thinking about it and ate all the corn chips with my chili. Wouldn;t have done that in the mindset I was in before Madison. But, I think I can get back on track now. it needs to stop raining, though, and I need to check in and see if I've slacked for too long to finish training for the turkey trot.
