Well I am back to 175 in weigh on weigh in day. But hopefully having my period is behind this so hopefully a good week of sticking to the diet will produce a loss week.

175.0 lb Lost so far: 70.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
