Hate that I gained weight, but it's reasonable - I ate lots of crap during the past weeks, so I think it's fair.
I'm not dissapointed at all though, it's been a trial period to identify and observe my carb addiction carefully. I also took my time to learn about how low carb dieting is working, found recipes, tipps etc.
It's been three days now that I'm gradually reducing carbs and so far it's going well. I can't drop to 20g carbs from day one, so I'm adjusting slowly.
To be completely honest, I am VERY curious to see if it's gonna work for me. It's going to be a huge shock for my body and I wanna see how it will react. I've been brainwashed with the low fat train for a long time..In fact, I was so focused on eating low fat and I didn't even notice that I am exceeding my carb intake.
