Yay! Down by 1/2 a kg since my last weigh in. My clothes are getting bigger on me, &, aside from a bit of tiredness & muscle soreness because of working 11 days in a row, I feel good for changing my eating habits & walking to work as many days as possible. In case you're worried about me working so many days in a row, they're short shifts & the work's not hard. It's how I get in my hours at work, & every other week, I have a three-day-weekend. That's where I am now. This loss feels good & right to me, & it's a good thing. The fact that my clothes are looser on me is a more important guide to me, though, than any weight loss. Also, my appetite's shrunk, & that's a really good sign to me. Yay! :)
207.2 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 66.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
