Huh. Interesting turn of events. I've had stomach troubles for 5 years now. My new diet (gluten-free, dairy free, low sodium and sugar) pretty much solved it.... until today. I accidentally ate gluten and my symptoms came rushing back with a vengeance.
199.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 59.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
