Gained 2kgs. Really bad eating over the last two weeks due to stress. Trying really hard to get back on track. Still haven't eaten bread or increased sugar. So that's a good thing. Haven't started exercising either. It's ironic how stress works...it can really kill you mentally. Let's hope for a drop in the week. Have a good one folks.
217.2 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.0 lb a week

We all have ups and downs that throws us offtrack completely. The best thing to do is try again :)
