I started my journey three weeks ago. Hence what seems like the radical 5 kilo weight drop in one day. I needed some assistance with Calorie, sugars and Carb intake. This site has all I need to move in the direction that will transform my shape. My mindset has shifted...this is the real deal. 24 kilos to go. Woo Hoo
