Happy New Year everyone. Well, I had to post my gain. It may be more than that even. I have been struggling with the holiday pounds and can definately feel and see this 5 lb weight gain. I am resolved to get it off quickly though and this week am going to have a "push week" where I make very conscious decisions to eat healthfully, work out hard, and make some progress downward!
I have started my triathlon training and this week will be in full swing of that again getting on a scheudule swimming, biking and running every week. I did do all three last week. I am ready to feel felt and svelt again. I'm trying to boost up my motivation, but I have to say, it is super motivating when you feel strong and fit. This pudge just doesn't feel good.
