yesterday's measurement I had stuff on and at night when I got home. This one's in the buff and in first thing in the morning! (yes it's 3:40PM but that's morning to me!) I'm a night owl.
228.7 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 123.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
