same weight, similar bp. what the heck? I've lost a bunch of weight. possibly 7# overweight. better weight worse bp. maybe relative salt content? is cp significant? maybe an echo. cm, low ef? I don't want to freak out yet. 2# then increase cv fitness not just ez walk. stressed? lots of appointments. kinda sick. afraid house or other responsibilities will suffer. feel like I don't fit in at church, but don't wanna give up my evening with the kids
142.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
