I actually dropped again. waiting for the day I wake up and find that I'm doing all the same thing & I gain weight. can't get conceited over this. simple humble obedient. love not fear.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
