you need to look at the overall picture of how you are doing. since you have started you have lost 2.33 lbs per week! that is wonderful and perfect. You are doing great. it is discouraging when you just look at what the scale says each day. but step back and look at the big picture. be very proud of yourself. You are doing things exactly right. Make sure you get enough calories (at least 1200 per day)so your body does not go into "starvation mode" and i agree with others who are telling you to eat more nutritious foods that your body will use and not store like sugary or processed carbs. be picky about what you eat, you will be happy you did! good luck to you!
