OK - had my 6 weeks off for Christmas, but really feeling the drop in fitness, and craving more of the healthy stuff, so time to get back to doing it the right way.
I always work better with a deadline, so first 6 week goal is set - the conference coming up in mid March is in SeaWorld - lots of skimpy summer wear and swimming costumes required.
Figure skating starts back tonight, and made it through the full 30 min on the bike - so on the right track :)
