Just started working out a week ago, so all this is new. I cannot figure out how to lower my sodium intake. Any tips?

I can't see all of the items in your food journal but I saw some of the items posted and if you really want to lower sodium intake then staying away from processed foods (like the sausage, egg, and cheese) and not eating at restaurants regularly is the best thing to do. Preparing your own meals at home will let you control your sodium intake :) Also, keep in mind some restaurants that people think are healthy (like Panera Bread for example) ... their foods are usually LOADED with sodium. The same way that lots of lower calorie meals in your grocery's freezer section are loaded with sodium as well.
