ok, up a pound. I hope it's not because I don't have a working scale. at some point I'll probably use less of the scale & even further down the road I may track on paper or even in my head. that's long from now though. yoga today. head feels okay, just tired. did my best crow. still look pretty chubby in the big mirror. it's not about looks though. not about looks.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
