I am swollen so much my rings are too tight so the weight gain doesn't bother me. Woke up with a headache, vertigo and nausea. I had a piece of cherry pie since my gout started acting up. Well, the gout symptoms are gone. Ha ha ha. The swelling will eventually go down. I need to resupply my cherry capsules.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
