it's interesting how my weight can be. sometimes it stays very stable. other times gotta up a pound. sometimes hovers between the same few pounds & sometimes drops a couple to stay pretty stable at a different few pounds. I can feel my body having closer to not as much excess body fat.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
