Still at 146. cool. I am happy that I am losing weight so as to be healthier. my grandma said "you look perfect" ie the perfect weight. others at work have commented too. many remark that I have lost a noticeable amount of weight. a couple have said I look good. I do not feel exceptionally pretty, despite my weight loss, and that's probably good as I am therefore not vain.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
