Home from vacation and I went up a little. Crud. Now we are off to New Orleans for 4 days while my husband is in class for his doctorate program and it will be hard on my eating again. Hard to work the plan when I am not home and we are eating out.
162.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My husband promised to take me out for oysters while we are here. I LOVE oysters. Last time we were here I ate them every day.
