I have lost 1.1kg this week, despite it being quite an unsettled week. I have been very good with my food, and said no to every temptation. I am strong I can do this, or is it I am stubborn so I will do this? Long way to go yet. I have set a target to lose another 1kg in the next week.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
