Whoohoo!! I'm the lowest that I've been in a while! I don't know why my weight dropped so dramatically this week, but I'm happy about having gone down. Weight is not the end-all-be-all of things, but when you need to lose weight - especially because your doctor tells you to - it's a great thing to see, those numbers going down. Yay! :D
204.0 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 62.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week
