September's recap.
Well every month is getting slower and slower with the weight loss. I have also not been sticking to my diet as much as I should have recently. Allot of celebrations and get together that had me eating out allot more. I Only lost about 3 pounds this month with a max of 6 2 weeks ago. I still am making progress though. I have lost 1% fat and gained 1% muscle I have also lost another 1.5 inches off my waist this month. So I'm down to 14" off my waist and about 90-95 pounds lost in 7 months roughly. Size 36 jeans is what I wearing now from size 48 back in March. I can definitely see a difference in my upper and middle abs. So I'm leaning out now, I'm not going to worry about the numbers as much any more. October I'm going to try and up my cardio every time I get on the treadmill I keep pushing the speed up. Last night I was running at 7.2 for a little bit. Still taking creatine and protein supplements, all of my lift are still slowly increasing. So not a great September but definitely not a step back. Oh my gym has offered me to write up my success story so they can put it on the wall. I have declined don't see the point, plus I'm not satisfied yet. I don't know maybe later.
240.1 lb Lost so far: 89.9 lb.    Still to go: 39.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
