I am tired but happy. The kids and grandkids came in for the holidays and although I got off my low carbs more than I wanted ( too many sweet stuff around) I didn't lose but I didn't gain either. So now I have gone 10 days the same weight. Usuàlly I have lost at least a lb by now. Oh well, back to the plan. It will just take a little longer. Happy New Year.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
