Thanks, both! Penlan, you certainly will get there very soon now. I hadn't realised our weights are so similar! Jim, well done on resisting those nuts. For me it's anything sweet and Christmassy. I like nuts as well, very more-ish once I get started, but I can leave them alone.

Thanks all 😀 I was over today, of course! But not to worry, it will come down again. I set up another challenge today to keep myself in line, as I just can't get anywhere without rules and targets! Today I ate kind of randomly. Tomorrow should be a 'fast', though, which should help.
