Still doing 38mins of elliptical a day, occasionally a little more. I've taken to watching an episode of a Tv show as I do it, so that's distracting and usually averages 30-40mins. Pt sessions are going to be perhaps a bit hit n miss to keep up with the holidays bc of the kids, but if I can keep it to an hour there and back I don't feel too bad. It's made a difference. My weight may not have come down too much, but I can feel the changes in shape more. Hipbones, I actually am beginning to feel again, not hidden under sludgy fat, calfs are getting musclier. Bum, thighs are more toned. Rounded stomach is a little "flatter" not flat, but less of a tyre. And the mini roll above it is gone. So I can see results, which reminds me, each time I go to deviate from my meal plan, I think about the changes, and how I want more of that. "Every time you say "no thank you" you say "yes" to thin! 😉
136.7 lb Lost so far: 81.1 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
