did a lot of unofficial weighing over Thanksgiving holiday with one day hitting as high as 195 due to salty food more so than just indulging in some desserts... well, a lot of desserts. returned to normal eating regimen with no weight training and little cardio, yet slowly came right back to 185 this morning, about 2 weeks later.
