I'm happy to make it thru Thanksgiving and still be 192 but it would be great to leave the 90s once and for all :)....... so to that end I added a walk at lunch time. I'm in Jersey the weather was perfect no coat needed, clear skies and my co-worker and I huffing it a little. I felt energized when I returned to the office. My days are crazy, but I'm going to make a focus effort to keep the walk in the mix. Have a Great Day Everyone! and Happy Belated Thanksgiving!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

At my last job, I used to take walking breaks and it did just what you said -- re-energized and re-focused me . . . nice job to take the time to do that even when your schedule is hectic and it would be easy to 'talk yourself out of it'! In actuality, it probably makes you more productive than had you worked straight through.
