Yesterday I was 150.4 because of fluctuation and possibly too many carbs. I think out of guilt I didn't record my weight, but the least I can do is hold my self accountable the day after. Luckily I'm back down again. I'm trying a new workout app called Sweat with Kayla. It isn't easy. It also likes to crash on me. Here's to trying to get back on your feet.
