really thinking I might need to change something. first month of this where my weight stayed really stable instead of dropping. heart rate not really up during exercise. blood pressure generally up.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
