Poor food choices/quantity, not exercising and being on vacation (not working much) is what I'm blaming along with not drinking enough water.
I've got 1 week left on my vacation and I really need to straighten myself out!!!
For lunch today, I made:
1. Salad (lettuce, tomato, 1/2 oz walnuts, pinch of shredded cheddar, and homemade dressing)
2. Steamed Tilapia
3. Cup of decaf coffee and a bottle of water
I
may have an apple in a while for desert.
Who knows for supper, but I better make it good!!
EDIT:
Supper ended up being a hot bran cereal with apple chunks in it. I used an apple flavor powder for water as my sweetener. I'm going to have to do this one again. It was really good.
I might even try strawberries and strawberry water flavor next time.....
