feeling like I'm cutting it close this month. hoping to see a weight loss tomorrow. lots of stress, as will occur with life. approaching goal. already thinking the initial goal is still too high. ok, maybe technically it is, but first get to the goal, see if I can maintain it by doing what I'm doing, and be grateful for whatever progress I do make. don't anticipate grandkids of silver spoons, don't think that a weight is going to prevent all problems. being truly of a normal weight, however, would make me feel as though I have modified that risk factor. felt a bit weak today. maybe a bit sick. oh well. it's the process as much as the result, both as measured by weight and as hoped for in a reduced chance of illness.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
