Back moving about after my operation, not moving anywhere fast, but moving all the same. Feeling motivated at the moment to stick with it and shift the extra weight I gained. Hope to lose a couple more lbs by next weekend if I can 😝
147.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
