So the #to beat last time was 156, but I'd been 154@some point the previous month. the number to beat is now 153, though I came in at 150 once last month &151 several times. still quite commendable. the weight loss is slower but that's to be expected as I approach my goal weight. my intention is to maintain a healthy weight, not just to reach it. at some point the weight loss will cease. anyway, I feel pretty good about it today. I'm grateful. I'm grateful.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
