I still need carbs and fruit not a total Atkins diet. Carbs and sweets make me crave more,but enjoy eating and not willing to deprive myself. Fruits rice low carb breads are so delicious. I'm learning new ways to live and eat healthy. Coconut and Soy flour recipes are out there. I try to stick with the simple ones like noodles and flat bread. Broke the 190 barrier. Goal this month is a pound a week. Have the calories intake at 150 but ok to go over.
