yesterday I ran 5 miles in 58 minutes. I survived the candy this weekend. I had a weightloss, I will be below 200 before this year is over. I haven't been there in so many years. That's my 1st goal and to get it dune during the holidays and birthdays.
211.7 lb Lost so far: 21.3 lb.    Still to go: 36.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
