Weighed in on Oct 26 and haven't been following the Whole 30 diet for the past 30 days. I gave into my sweet tooth. They say you lose your sweet tooth - you don't. I need to get back on track. Halloween didn't help. I would say I am starting fresh today but already had some Halloween candy. Need to focus and re-start tomorrow.
