Have followed meal plan from gym for most of the past two weeks except for Friday nights which seems to be a pizza night (this week was Saturday instead) and weight down a little. Now just got to get back to exercising.
140.4 lb Lost so far: 77.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
