I am at a plateau. been the same weight for 10 days. I am smaller, I can tell that by my clothes. It would just be nicer to see the scales MOVE.
End of rant.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's fine and normal. I had four episodes like this since I started LCHF, and each time I lost inches instead of lbs. It will move again, it's just your body re-adjusting itself.

The scale is such a lie. I've weighed the same for a month, but my pants got so baggy, my belt is laughing at me. Your losing it. Have faith.
