When I started my BMI was 34.2. It is now 32.1. Hopefully it will continue to go down where I will no longer be obese, then not overweight and finally normal. Just a lb at a time.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
