Not hungry with Banting, have to force myself to eat. Upping the fat content today and dropping protein, need to eat more green vegetables too but water intake is right back up :-)
Happy so far.
181.2 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.6 lb a week
