This is so damn awesome! I'm in the 110's with my weight at 110.5kg!!! :D :) That's a 0.8kg drop in weight and what makes it so awesome is that I abandoned my fast last Friday by eating a burger for supper and enjoyed my weekend :) I can honestly say that I have cracked the fatcode and found the way to keep myself in a state of weightloss without being super strict like what is required with other weight loss methods.
Now I'm 0.5kg away from my goal weight of 110kg that I set for myself and I can't wait to set my next goal weight.
