M. Mitchell's Journal, 16 October 2015

I succumbed last night and had a small chocolate cupcake with chocolate icing that a friend's 4 year old made for us (with a little help from his mother). He was raising money for a cause he thought up himself and she agreed to help. I almost didn't eat it since I am allergic to eggs and I knew it would cause some gastro problems but since was such a small amount I was mainly worried about the carbs. But the carbs weren't that bad and I had plenty of carbs and calories left.
That cupcake was SO GOOD. And that was all I wanted. Got my sugar fix and chocolate fix. It was also much richer than I remember. must be from not having real sugar for so long.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
