Sheesh. Oh well. If I don't gain anymore I'll still have reached my goal for the month. All of life is so unpredictable. For a second there I started to feel that this endeavour could bring me the results part of me wanted. Attention from my husband being at the top of the list. I've always felt deep down that if he have me the kind of attention I wanted from him that I'd be happy. Perhaps when I feel I've been putting fourth a lot of effort at something, our when I feel I've been successful at something, or when others recognize my efforts or success, or when he treats me a little bit nicely, I begin to jump to the conclusion that he wants me the way I want to be wanted, and most of all that that will bring me happiness. I need not say more because I have excess the folly of my thoughts.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
